As our Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless hiring experiences for non-technical roles. Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, collaborating closely with hiring managers to guarantee effective hiring experiences.
- Sourcing & Talent Pool Management: Identify, engage, and nurture a network of passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates' qualifications, and schedule interviews with hiring managers to ensure the best fit for the role.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Candidate Experience: Represent the company as an ambassador during candidate interactions, communicating our values and mission to attract top talent.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates on recruiting metrics and pipeline status.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
About You:
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for non-technical roles in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
- Ownership: Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German is a plus, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven experience in sourcing candidates using various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
- Problem-Solving ability: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to assess and match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Team Player: While working independently, the recruiter should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align efforts with company-wide talent goals.
- Stakeholder Management skills: Ability to act as a true advisor for stakeholders, knowing when to bring insights about the market and the process.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
