Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Creating and executing strategic sales plans for growth within the MIL-GOV-LE market
* Managing the Salesforce pipeline for new leads and sales opportunities
* Driving brand presence and demand through end-user engagement
* Identifying and leading on industry events and bespoke 'owned' events
* Collating and sharing market intelligence with the LEAF team
* Traveling throughout Europe to foster and maintain strong end-user relationships
* Aligning closely with the Account Management and Operations team
* Educating end-users on the Arc'teryx LEAF value chain
* Maintaining strong relationships with strategic and wholesale partners
Requirements:
* 5+ years of related experience in selling market-leading apparel or technical solutions for the MIL-GOV-LE professional
* Expertise in the Security and Defence apparel market
* Clear grasp of complex government and industry structures, contracting and trade regulations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English and native in French, German, or Italian
* Willingness to travel and work weekends or holidays
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
* Unwavering commitment to finding the best solutions
