About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our growing B2B team at Bob W. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in establishing Bob W as the leading accommodations provider in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth in direct B2B bookings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local start-ups and partners in the travel industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold contacting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive data-driven decision making and execute successful sales strategies
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's presence in the German market
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Native German and excellent English language skills
  • Experience in using a CRM (Pipedrive would be advantageous)
  • Organized and process-driven, with knowledge of B2B sales techniques
