About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at inveox GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the healthcare industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and product development teams to streamline the customer acquisition process and refine our offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the unique advantages of our SaaS applications to potential clients.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, including conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and revenue forecasts, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong educational background in medical device, pharma, medicine, or related healthcare fields, combined with a passion for IT and software solutions.
  • Excellent sales talent, impeccable rhetoric, and ability to maintain composure and a winning smile under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the target region for on-site customer visits.
  • Native German speaker with a solid command of English.
