The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing B2B team in Germany. As a key member of our Growth Team, you will be responsible for prospecting, booking, and managing corporate accounts, leveraging your existing network and sales expertise to establish Bob W as the preferred accommodations provider in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and ensure a strong market presence
  • Build and nurture relationships with local start-ups and corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive data-driven decision-making and execute successful sales strategies
  • Design and implement innovative sales techniques to enter the corporate market and establish a strong sales network
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Native German and excellent English language skills
  • Experience in using a CRM and onboarding and managing accounts
  • Organized and process-driven, with knowledge of B2B sales techniques
