Business Development Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Working Student/Intern at SAP Labs Munich. As a key member of our innovation hub, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our team in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and experience across our flagship locations.
  • Coordinate internal and external booking requests, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Support external meetings, design thinking workshops, and events onsite, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with our external partners, SAP sales & services organization, and development teams to coordinate customer requests.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and our Experience Center Tour tool (Airtable), ensuring efficient communication and data management.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred fields of study: Business administration, marketing, event, design, project management, or others.
  • Software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS teams, and Airtable are a plus.
  • Language skills: Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across varying levels within the organization.
  • You can work independently, are creative, collaborative, and customer-oriented.
