This position is office-based hybrid (Munich or Berlin) OR Remote Germany (if not based in either location)
Bring your drive and passion for sales to Personio and be part of a team that's shaping the future of HR technology. As a Payroll Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping and developing the sales processes for our new payroll product. You'll be the point of contact for both existing accounts and new customers interested in Personio Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Generation: Work closely with the Growth and Account Executive teams to expand existing accounts and win new customers for Personio Payroll.
- Payroll SME: Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for our payroll product across the sales process.
- Building the Market: Play a significant role in building and strategically developing the German market for Personio Payroll.
- Product Collaboration: Provide feedback to the product development team to further adapt the Payroll product to the needs of our customers.
- Lead Generation: Participate in the development and execution of lead generation strategies with the sales development and marketing team.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the Growth team, Solution Engineering, Partnerships, and the Account Executives Germany team to integrate Personio into the customer's existing IT landscape.
Requirements:
- Open to various experience levels +2 years of end-to-end sales closing experience in SaaS sales with Payroll/Finance solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Cooperate with Payroll, HR, IT, and C-level teams, and maintain ongoing exchange with internal teams such as product, legal, and sales management.
- Curiosity: Be inquisitive and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and products.
- Ambition: Operate with accurate forecasting and have a proven track record of (over)achieving sales targets.
- Analytical Skills: Have a strong analytical mindset and be familiar with tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, and Gong.
- Team Player: Be a team player who supports colleagues to achieve the common goal.
- Communication: Be fluent in both German (C2) and English (C1).
