We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting with customers via our help center email and phone, supporting them in the whole process of our services, communicating with partners to provide the best customer service possible, and transferring customer requirements and potential issues to the product team to improve our Moovster product daily.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical thinker and problem-solver who can handle both simple and complex challenges. Proficiency in Excel is a must, and experience with searching in databases and writing simple SQL is a plus. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, as well as good time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Consulting with customers via our help center email and phone
- Supporting customers throughout the process of our services
- Communicating with partners to provide top-notch customer service
- Transferring customer requirements and potential issues to the product team
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and English (both written and spoken)
- Highly organized person with ability to maintain overview of large amounts of data
- Able to take ownership and proactive responsibility of topics
- Analytical thinker and problem-solver with proficiency in Excel
- Experience with searching in databases and writing simple SQL is a plus
- Availability of at least 4 months starting as soon as possible
