Unlock your sales potential in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with Oracle. We're seeking a seasoned HCM SaaS Sales Specialist to drive growth within our German team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate growth and exceed customer expectations by executing the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory.
  • Generate and convert net new and expansion revenue for Oracle Human Capital Management.
  • Develop and drive business value propositions with customers, becoming a trusted advisor in HCM within your cluster.
  • Work closely with the team to plan and complete a winning strategy for Oracle HCM.
  • Create pipeline and demand by using sales campaigns and events.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of industry dynamics and terminology.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience (5-10 years) selling HCM.
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, complex sales cycle, and closing skills.
  • Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment.
  • Team player and entrepreneurial thinker.
  • Authorized to work in the country you're applying for.
  • Fluent in English and German.
