Business Development Manager

Als (Senior) Manager (m/w/d) Business Development übernehmen Sie die Leitung und eigenständige Durchführung von Projekten - von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
Strategie- und Transformationsprozesse:Entwickeln und implementieren transformative Strategien, die unser Unternehmen fit für die Zukunft machen.
Entscheidungsvorlagen und Business Cases:Erstellen fundierte Entscheidungsvorlagen, kalkulieren Business Cases und bereiten Gesellschafterbeschlüsse vor.
Schnittstellenmanagement:Koordinieren und moderieren zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen der F.A.Z. sowie Stakeholdern der Beteiligungsgesellschaften, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen.
Beteiligungsmanagement:Überwachen kontinuierlich die Aktivitäten und Entwicklungen unserer Beteiligungsgesellschaften und identifizieren Steuerungsbedarfe, um ein optimales Beteiligungsmanagement sicherzustellen.
Mergers und Acquisitions:Analysieren und entwickeln definierte Investmentfelder der F.A.Z., bewerten Investitionsmöglichkeiten und begleiten Transaktionsprozesse.
Ihre Qualifikationen:Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, Business Development oder einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise mit Erfahrungen in einem Verlagshaus.
Ausgeprägte strategische Denkweise und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategie- und Transformationsprozessen.
Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten zur erfolgreichen Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern; Präsentationssicherheit.
Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Business Cases.
Erfahrung im Beteiligungsmanagement sowie in Mergers und Acquisitions sind von Vorteil.
Hohe Eigeninitiative, Professionalität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
