Business Development Manager

We are partnering with a leading provider of cyber security trainings and certifications to recruit a Business Development Manager for their German team. This is a permanent and unlimited contract based from a home-office in the Rhein Main region.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the new Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing client relationships. You will thrive on working to both short and long sales cycles, building a territory plan and consistently targeting new opportunities.
You will be tasked with:
- Generating and closing new business
- Consultative sales towards clients by selling a solution consisting of both the product and service
- Working closely with colleagues from all departments to put together the best solution for the client based on its needs
- Building relationships within clients to penetrate further within the organisation
As the new Business Development Manager, you will be a target driven and proactive sales person with a previous track record in a high target driven environment. You will have the following key skills:
- Previous experience selling within large enterprises
- Experience in or selling to the financial service sector in Germany
- Experience selling a service such as trainings or consultancy is an advantage
- Ability to speak the language of C-Level Stakeholders
- Experience and/or knowledge in cyber security is of advantage, but not a necessity
- Fluency in both German & English is a must, German needs to be business fluent
- Previous worked to targets and have a proven track record of sales achievement
