Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at GEODIS EUROPE.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a focus on contract logistics. They will be responsible for building new business relationships, developing existing ones, and increasing awareness of GEODIS CL services through various sales channels and networking initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in business development. They will also have experience with the contract logistics market, including customers and competitors, and a well-equipped sales toolbox with outstanding negotiation skills and a proactive approach to the market.
The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading tenders in various vertical markets for CL opportunities within the region, ensuring high-quality bids fully aligned with the customers' needs. They will also support various countries in delivering their business development targets and actively hunt for cross-selling opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding skills in creating and presenting solutions and commercial proposals, thanks to their financial knowledge. They will also have the ability to build internal and external networks by developing trust relationships and be fluent in English, with additional European languages a plus.
