Business Development Opportunity
At STX Next sp. z o.o., we are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to help drive our sales strategy in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Work closely with our pre-sales team to ensure a seamless sales experience
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales strategy
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong relationships-building skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Fluent in German and English
