Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager at CoStar Group, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the STR- Munich OR London territory. You will work closely with our Regional Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery of high-quality services
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, client engagement, and market trends

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
