About CoCrafter

We're a Munich-based startup revolutionizing the construction industry by digitizing crucial work processes. Our platform enables contractors to find and manage subcontractors effectively, bringing transparency and quality to a highly fragmented market.

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by developing and boosting user acquisition and revenue. You'll be responsible for closing and driving your own customer accounts, working closely with our founders to achieve our mission.

Requirements
  • You're a hands-on person with an entrepreneurial spirit, motivated and willing to take ownership.
  • Ideal experience in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate our value proposition to customers.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
