Account Manager, STR- Munich OR London

As a key member of the CoStar Group team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the STR territory. Your primary responsibility will be to retain and grow sample participation in your assigned territory through client acquisition and retention, as well as fulfilling client data provision and improving data delivery through automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand the client base in your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client journey success and maintain high standards of Census and CRM tracking.
- Agree sales strategies and initiatives with the Regional Manager – Central Europe and deliver on agreed business development activity.
- Monitor client engagement, sales cycle progression, and report regularly to the Regional Manager.
- Meet pre-defined targets and contribute to company-wide initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Fluent written and spoken German, with proficiency in English and French an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
