Senior Sales Professional for German Market

At TENIOS GmbH, we are expanding our sales team and seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Professional to join our growing organization. As an Inbound Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the German market.
We offer a competitive salary of 60,000 EUR annually, plus uncapped bonuses based on performance. Our team is passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction, and we believe that your skills and experience will contribute significantly to our success.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the German market;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers;
- Working closely with our product specialists to increase deal sizes and close deals;
- Managing leads and opportunities in our CRM system (HubSpot);
- Presenting weekly reports to management on pipeline progress and performance metrics.
We are looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record in value-based sales and a strong understanding of sales techniques like BANT, sales funnel, and pipeline management.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1.5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a prospecting and qualifying role;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage customers and seek additional revenue streams;
- A basic understanding of sales cycles, sales models, and consultative selling approaches;
- Native fluency in German and business-level English;
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is a plus.
