Aexus, a rapidly growing international company, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to strengthen its presence in the DACH market. This role offers a unique chance for career advancement in tech sales.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for introducing innovative software technology solutions across the DACH region. This includes working with SaaS partners at a strategic level, defining joint go-to-market strategies, and managing multi-level sales processes.

You will be working on new business activities, developing relationships with partners and prospects, and guiding them in identifying verticals, ICPs, and positioning their propositions on the market. Your Sales Manager and Inside Sales Support team will provide assistance throughout this process.

Requirements
  • Candidates should have a commercial Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar position is required.
  • Fluency in corporate German and English is essential.
  • The ideal candidate must be result-oriented, fully independent, and able to take responsibility and show initiative.
  • They should think outside the box and thrive under pressure.
Estimated Salary Range

We are offering a competitive base salary, ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, there is an uncapped bonus scheme that allows for multiple ways to supplement your salary.
