Your Key Responsibilities
As a Global Sales Strategist, your primary focus will be on driving sales growth within the DACH territory. This involves:
- Establishing and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with customers to maximize repetitive sales
- Performing product presentations, distributing marketing materials, and attending trade shows and industry functions on behalf of the company
- Creating new business opportunities through various sales tactics to meet specific KPIs and sell to new accounts
- Collaborating closely with Caljan GmbH's sales teams, sales support, and engineering departments

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 5 years in a global or international sales capacity
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a global context
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments and understanding of different market dynamics
