Senior Logistics Business Development Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Business Development Manager to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with key accounts, analyzing operation issues, and proposing countermeasures to improve operation quality.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with customers to identify and address operational issues, ensuring seamless logistics operations
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the logistics industry
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience
