Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Germany, focusing on the DACH, Netherlands, and CIS regions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a consultative sales professional with a background in developing relationships with Consumer Goods Enterprises or Government Agencies to join a growing team and be part of a very successful international company.
Key Responsibilities- Expand market share throughout the DACH, Netherlands, and CIS regions
- Develop business through regular meetings with clients throughout the region
- Facilitate round table debates and conferences between organizations and senior business executives to build network and pipeline
- Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders within potential new business
- Work closely with the Sales Director to create and execute strategies to sell subscription products
- Manage the contract and approval process for new business
- Build a portfolio of satisfied clients and further develop the existing client base
- Follow up on marketing campaigns
- Proven track record in Business Development with a strong consultative sales approach
- Experience of selling at a senior level and mapping business requirements across an organization
- A business-related degree and an interest in economics
- Ability to successfully turn cold-called prospects into solid business contacts, with a focus on quality consultative calls
- Experience developing relationships with Consumer Goods Enterprises and/or Government Agencies would be ideal
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales gaps
- Fluent German and English is essential, with further European languages an advantage
- Ability to travel up to 30%
This is a competitive salary package and commission scheme, with a hybrid working model based from the Frankfurt office.
