Job Description

Frasers Hospitality Germany is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across our four hotels in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
