Institutional Sales Director Germany

We are seeking a highly skilled Institutional Sales Director to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and originating institutional client and prospect relationships in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the German market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and fund management, to bring new business opportunities to the region.
- Stay up-to-date with local regulations and market trends, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and business development experience in the institutional market, with a proven track record of success.
- Deep knowledge of the German market, including local regulations and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and driving growth.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
