We are seeking a highly skilled Institutional Sales Director to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and originating institutional client and prospect relationships in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the German market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and fund management, to bring new business opportunities to the region.
  • Stay up-to-date with local regulations and market trends, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and business development experience in the institutional market, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep knowledge of the German market, including local regulations and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and driving growth.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
