Job Title: Director of Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Corecruitment. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth in the hotel industry.

About the Role

The Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize hotel sales in assigned markets or market segments
  • Recognizing potential contacts, customers, and markets at an early stage and implementing sales strategies accordingly
  • Conducting contract negotiations and presenting the hotel at trade fairs, networking events, and sales trips
  • Managing a small sales team and providing guidance and support to team members
  • Analyzing market trends and providing insights to inform sales strategies
About the Team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Several years of practical, professional sales experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Strong communication skills, a confident manner, and negotiating skills in German and English
  • A sales and revenue-oriented mindset and the ability to recognize and set priorities correctly
  • Flexibility and a willingness to travel up to 20% of the time (car driver's license an advantage)
