About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Product and Operations Team at sewts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our automation solutions by our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle development, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Act as a key account manager for our key customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Assess customer facilities, existing hardware, software, and infrastructure to define requirements for the engineering team and make necessary CAD adaptations and drawings.
  • Project manage and track schedules to fulfill given timelines and collaborations regarding needed changes with customers, external partners, and suppliers.
  • Owning the entire customer success lifecycle, including successful Site Acceptance Tests, Production Ramp-Up, and Operator Training.
  • Support our Service Team with in-site feedback and willingness to travel for 15-20% of the time, primarily within central Europe.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technical studies, such as Mechanical-, Industrial- or Mechatronics Engineering, or an apprenticeship.
  • 2-3 years of first professional experience in a customer success, key account manager role, or project management of multi-party projects.
  • Previous working experience with CAD and design skills.
  • A strong passion for automation technology and love for building machines, tools, and creating processes around it.
  • Mandatory professional working proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • A hands-on, proactive work style, with the ability to skillfully articulate and present your ideas.
