Area Sales Team Lead

At Ricercamysrl, we're seeking a skilled Area Sales Supervisor to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to guide and advise potential affiliates through their journey to entrepreneurship, from initial contact to qualification, business planning, financing, and contract negotiations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support franchise partners in sales and business development.
- Provide on-the-job training to them.
- Motivate partners with sales approaches, digital tools, and organizational strategies.
- Analyze relevant KPIs and make actionable recommendations.
- Assist in opening new centers.
- Coordinate communication within the sales area.
- Represent the brand at fairs and events.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate has several years of experience in sales, franchising, or management consulting, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Completed studies, preferably in business administration or a related field.
- Preference for working in an international company.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a high propensity for communication.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and behavior.
- Willingness to travel.
- Native/Fluent German (C1 or Native).
- Excellent English proficiency (especially for international communication with colleagues).
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Practical mindset, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in using sales tools (e.g., CRM).
