At Ricercamysrl, we're seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Supervisor to join our team in Berlin - Ruhrgebiet/North Rhine-Westphalia. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in guiding and advising potential affiliates through their journey to entrepreneurship.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support franchise partners in sales and business development.
  • Provide on-the-job training to them.
  • Motivate partners with sales approaches, digital tools, and organizational strategies.
  • Analyze relevant KPIs and make actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in opening new centers.
  • Coordinate communication within the sales area.
  • Represent the brand at fairs and events.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate has several years of experience in sales, franchising, or management consulting, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Completed studies, preferably in business administration or a related field.
  • Preference for working in an international company.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a high propensity for communication.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and behavior.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Native/Fluent German (C1 or Native).
  • Excellent English proficiency (especially for international communication with colleagues).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • Practical mindset, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools (e.g., CRM).
