Job Summary

Telfer Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Account Executive to join our team. As an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our client's science video solutions into Higher Education institutions across the German territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive revenue growth
  • Present our product to researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians, highlighting its value and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and users through proactive communication
  • Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize work output
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver on sales targets, team projects, and campaigns
  • Participate in trade shows and other marketing activities to promote our product

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent German communication skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Demonstrated passion for science, education, and the use of technology to improve educational outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on remote relationship-building
  • Ability to tell a compelling story and communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
