ABOUT THE POSITION
Peloton is seeking an Associate Account Executive (German speaking) to join our Account Management team focusing on international markets. In this role, you will assist in implementing the sales strategy with Peloton's third-party retail partners. Your primary objective will be to cultivate robust relationships and ensure flawless execution of global initiatives while sharing insights across the organization. You will also lead strategic sales training efforts in collaboration with our global sales enablement team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in both B2C and B2B sales, thrive in a dynamic environment, and excel in cross-departmental collaboration. This position will report directly to the Account Manager for Retail and Partnerships in international markets. The successful candidate will be customer-oriented and sales-focused, demonstrating outstanding communication and presentation abilities. You will play a vital role in supporting our account management team to implement initiatives and enhance sales performance across our channels.
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required for this role.
YOUR DAILY CONTRIBUTIONS AT PELOTON
- Assist the Account Manager for Retail and Partnerships in executing our collaborative account strategy with third-party retail partners.
- Establish strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to ensure effective implementation of the international sales strategy.
- Work alongside the Global Sales Training team to design, implement, and manage sales training programs in international markets.
- Support the training and sales capabilities of third-party retail partners at the store level.
- Oversee the daily and long-term management of training initiatives, including their creation, execution, and upkeep.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of training programs.
- Promote Peloton's core values throughout all training initiatives, ensuring equitable access for a diverse sales team.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 1-2 years of experience in a B2C and/or B2B sales role with a proven track record of success.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience working with various stakeholders and within small, agile teams.
- Willingness to travel regularly, primarily within Germany and occasionally to other international markets.
- Exceptional written and editing skills.
- Understanding of Peloton's vision and brand identity, with the ability to communicate it effectively and passionately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite.
