Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the German market. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in Germany.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and acquire new business partners.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, government agencies, and industry influencers.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the German market and renewable energy industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
