Job Title: Business Manager Marketplace
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our Marketplace team at Veepee. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business strategies to achieve our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue increase.
- Manage and lead a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business sellers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales objectives and improve business processes.
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for the Marketplace business, both internally and externally.
- Adapt business actions to challenges and changes in the market.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales and team management, with a degree from a business or marketing school.
- Strong knowledge of the Fashion and Lifestyle sector.
- Excellent analytical and business development skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
