About the Role

As a Customer Data Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping how we understand and leverage customer data to drive business success. You'll be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing our systems for processing customer information, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust data processing concepts and workflows related to customer data, permissions, integration, and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams and other departments to ensure seamless implementation of data solutions and manage the business/IT interface.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer data processing systems, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to best practices.
  • Analyze customer behavior patterns and data trends, providing valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing our CRM strategies.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on customer data development, processing efficiency, and key performance indicators.
  • Plan and execute data migrations and process improvements to optimize data management workflows.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in CRM data processing and management within a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency in database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of IT delivery processes, testing methodologies, and data security best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
