Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist to join our team at Wolt. As a Data Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of product information on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive data compliance topics for product information on Wolt's platform, ensuring high standards across our offerings.
  • Manage the content and quality of Wolt Germany's product catalog for both Retail and Restaurants.
  • Review and approve changes made to retail assortments and restaurant menus to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor processes and track team progress through internal software systems.
  • Lead process improvements to increase data quality and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Compliance & Onboarding.

Requirements

  • You have a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You are a problem-solver - you enjoy diagnosing issues and developing creative approaches to solve challenges.
  • You are data oriented and are confident with Google Suite. Data analytics and automations come easy to you.
  • Understanding of LMIV (Lebensmittel-Informationsverordnung): Strong knowledge of food labeling laws and regulations in Germany, particularly for grocery items.
  • You are customer-centric - you have a customer-first mentality, are effective at working with people with varying degrees of technical ability.
  • You are comfortable working in fast-paced and demanding environments.
  • You are comfortable in setting and committed to achieving goals.
  • You are adept at prioritizing competing demands.
  • You work well in both independent and diverse team environments.
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) and English - any other language is a plus.
  • Experience in content or catalog management: Proven track record of managing and editing large datasets.
  • Experience in gastronomy, the food industry, or retail is a plus.
