Master Data Management Specialist

KWS Berlin is seeking a Master Data Management Specialist to support the Shared Service Center in Berlin. In this role, you will assist the Master Data Management team in maintaining master data in various areas of the business, adhering to standards and governance to ensure data compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute data changes and mass updates in SAP ERP or S4/HANA, completing tasks in the work queue as assigned according to agreed SLAs.
  • Initiate and carry out regular data cleansing activities to ensure high-level data quality, compliance, and consistency.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and training documentation, performing end-user training.
  • Identify, report, and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis.
  • Support and implement data management methodologies that support KWS business initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Support ad-hoc requests from the team related to master data.

Your Profile:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Data Management, with first experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including advanced use of MS Excel, with Power BI knowledge an advantage.
  • SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Proactive process-driven team player with an eye for details and strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
  • Fluent English, with any other language an advantage.
