KWS Berlin is seeking a Data Management Specialist to support the Master Data Management team in maintaining master data in various areas of the business. The successful candidate will execute data changes and mass updates in SAP ERP or S4/HANA, complete tasks in the work queue, and adhere to standards and governance to ensure data compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute data changes and mass updates in SAP ERP or S4/HANA
  • Initiate and carry out regular data cleansing activities
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and training documentation
  • Identify, report, and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis
  • Support and implement data management methodologies that support KWS business initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

Your Profile:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Data Management, with first experience a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including advanced use of MS Excel and Power BI knowledge an advantage
  • SAP experience an advantage
  • Proactive process-driven team player with an eye for details and strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
  • Fluent English, any other language an advantage
