Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated German-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Athens, Greece.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in software and digital media. As a German-speaking sales agent, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold outreach and upselling: Conduct B2B sales activities to identify opportunities and provide tailored product solutions to clients.
  • Client relationship management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and fulfill them.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of 1,760 euros per month (14 annual payments, including holiday bonuses) as well as a performance-based bonus of up to 1,232 euros per quarter.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2)
  • English proficiency (B2)
  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience, including cold calling and upselling
  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit for Greece
  • Strong communication skills and a target-driven attitude
Work Schedule

You will work a standard 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts: 9:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00, or 11:00-19:00.
