Technical Support Role at OVHcloud

As a Technical Support Specialist at OVHcloud, you will be part of our CCO Department, responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to our customers worldwide. Your primary focus will be on providing assistance with our Cloud products, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries from various channels, accurately identifying their needs.
  • Develop initial technical diagnoses and propose solutions for user incidents.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, providing commercial solutions when necessary.
  • Offer remote technical assistance, adapting to the customer's level of knowledge.
  • Guide customers in resolving issues and ensure follow-up until request completion.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their requests.
  • Master and apply internal procedures relevant to customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (technical, commercial) to manage customer procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of procedures and documentation.
  • Participate in and manage various projects.
  • Report technical issues and anomalies to relevant departments.
Future Impact
  • In 6 months, you will have successfully managed support requests from major account customers.
  • In 1 year, you will have become an expert in a dedicated product or technology, supporting both customers and colleagues.
Required Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluent German and basic technical English skills, with the ability to participate in internal meetings and customer calls.
  • Proficiency in Linux, VMware, Network, hardware, virtualization, software, SQL, web, DRP, scripting, Baremetal, and Kubernetes.
