Job Description: Service Line Controller and Business Partner Land

This position requires a skilled professional with experience in financial guidance, project controlling, and business support. As a Service Line Controller and Business Partner Land, you will provide financial expertise to the business, mainly for the Service Lines in the Land Division, while also supporting planning, reporting, and controlling activities.

You will work closely with the Regional Business Line Controller, Shared Service Centre, Local, Regional, and Group teams in the Netherlands. Your goal will be to establish relationships and forums with the business, project controllers, and finance team to efficiently coordinate and manage end-to-end finance activities.

  • Provide financial guidance to the business, mainly for the Service Lines in the Land Division
  • Support planning, reporting, closing (according to IFRS) and controlling (prepares the budget and the rolling forecasts) in cooperation with the Regional Business Line Controller
  • Establish relationships and forums with the business, the project controllers, and the finance team to efficiently coordinate and manage the end-to-end finance activities
  • Ensure that appropriate accounting policies and financial controls are in place for the projects
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in finance and accounting or equivalent
  • 5-8 years relevant working experience, experience in project controlling is an advantage
  • Excellent command of English and German, both spoken and written
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity for financial topics and project risks
  • Proactive, accurate, and well-developed communication skills
  • Team player
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and a company pension scheme.
