Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Lilio. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain strategy to support the growth of our hardware product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy to support the growth of our hardware product.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and sales, to align supply chain activities with business objectives and timelines.
- Mitigate risks associated with supply chain operations, such as disruptions, delays, and quality issues, by implementing effective contingency plans and fostering proactive communication.
- Manage and optimize supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to ensure Lilio remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar fields.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, preferably within the hardware or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and tools, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute supply chain strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a startup environment with minimal supervision.
