Job Title: Fleet Procurement Manager

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Procurement Manager to oversee our procurement operations related to fleet management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and leading negotiations on pricing and contracts.
  • Streamlining and finalizing supplier framework agreements.
  • Gathering and evaluating bids for materials, services, and capital goods.
  • Managing and enhancing the overall fleet management processes.
  • Conducting invoice verification and maintaining documentation within the fleet management sector.
  • Performing supplier audits and advancing risk management while ensuring compliance with supply chain regulations.
  • Developing an efficient inventory management system and refining purchasing strategies.
  • Leading and nurturing the procurement team to achieve departmental goals.

Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in procurement and fleet management.
  • Proven ability to incorporate sustainability into purchasing practices and supplier agreements.
  • Expertise in conducting supplier evaluations and audits.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with strong skills in MS Office and ERP systems.
