Procurement Transformation Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Transformation Manager to join our team at H&Z. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for leading consulting projects and managing senior client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead consulting projects to drive savings and transform procurement functions for our clients.
  • Develop and implement cost improvement and procurement transformation programs.
  • Conduct key supplier negotiations and support business development, practice development, and methodology development.
  • Manage high-performing consulting teams and individuals, and provide coaching and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project leadership with a recognized UK/European procurement consultancy.
  • Strong category knowledge, ideally within a multi-national environment.
  • Excellent degree and at least five years of consulting experience with a leading consultancy.
  • Strong analytical skills, project management skillset, and team management experience.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and clear understanding of procurement.
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills, and good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, with another European language as an advantage.
