About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at Wackler Holding SE. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities and negotiating prices and contracts with our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize our supply chain and reduce costs
  • Manage and optimize our fleet management processes, including vehicle procurement and maintenance
  • Source and compare quotes for materials, services, and capital goods
  • Administer and optimize our entire fleet management system
  • Process and verify invoices and documentation related to fleet management
  • Conduct supplier audits and develop risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement a warehouse management system and optimize our procurement processes and strategies
  • Lead and develop our procurement team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and fleet management
  • Experience in integrating sustainability aspects into procurement processes and supplier contracts
  • Knowledge of conducting supplier evaluations and audits
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken, and experience with MS Office and ERP systems
