Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new restaurant clients, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and convert new restaurant clients into partners, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a designated territory, introducing Last's value proposition to potential clients and presenting our services to restaurant owners.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of Last's platform to restaurant owners, representing our products and services in line with our values.
  • Lead the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
  • Organize daily activities around on-site visits and demos with potential clients, adapting to their needs and trends.
  • Develop expertise in the market, providing feedback and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Demonstrate advanced negotiation skills and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales trainer and other teams to ensure success and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a high-growth company or customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to contract closing.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of dedication.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven profile with organizational skills and initiative.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant market is a plus.
