Job Overview

As part of our mobility offering expansion in Germany, we are seeking a dedicated sales team to significantly expand our taxi business in over 20 German cities by the end of 2024.

Your Role

As a field sales representative, you will act as the direct representative of our company to taxi and rental car companies. Your main task is to convince these companies of our value proposition and win them over for a partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with taxi and rental car companies.
  • Act as a liaison between our company and transport companies to offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and information sessions to explain our offering.
  • Participate in outbound call campaigns to expand our network.
  • Manage interactions with existing and potential partner companies to understand their needs and goals.
  • Support companies in integrating into our platform.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to gather feedback and report on progress.
  • Develop and implement scalable acquisition strategies that can be applied in different cities.
  • Maintain strategic partnerships with third parties.

Your Profile

  • Highly self-motivated and autonomous.
  • Practical and action-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and persuasion.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced work environments.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Sales experience, preferably in the transport or B2B sector.
  • Industry knowledge in the PHV or taxi industry is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (25%).
  • Residence in Berlin.
