Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the restaurant industry. You will be the face of Last, representing our brand and values, and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restaurant industry, converting potential clients into valued partners.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Presentation: Clearly present Last's services and products to restaurant owners, highlighting the value and benefits of our software.
  • Sales Process Management: Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both parties.
  • Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with market trends and client needs, providing valuable insights and feedback to the team.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Demonstrate sophisticated negotiation skills, closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Professional Proficiency: English language proficiency is required.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a high-growth company or in a customer-facing role.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Experience managing the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to contract closing.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, backed by a high level of dedication.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and results-oriented profile, with organizational skills and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Restaurant Market Familiarity: Familiarity with the restaurant market is a plus.
