Customer Experience Liaison

The Client Solutions Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their training needs are met. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of the European Union, and the ability to communicate effectively with high-level professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact with customers, addressing their training needs and providing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with the events, marketing, and database team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Work independently with the database and contribute to the development of new products and services.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer service or technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
- Basic understanding of the European Union and its institutions, with a willingness to learn and develop knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting customer needs.
