Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will ensure that our customers' professional training and learning needs are met through our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their training needs and preferences.
  • Conduct customer calls to discuss their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our events, marketing, and database teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Assist in defining new products and services to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with the database team to ensure accurate customer data and insights.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer service or technical support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic understanding of the European Union and its institutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, with German a bonus.

Interview Process

  • Test Assignment (30 minutes remote, unpaid)
  • Line Manager and CEO Interview (1 hour in person at our Berlin office)
  • Offer Talk (1 hour)
