About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to join our team at Workstation Customer Care. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in the Dutch language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the correctness of documents (identity card, driving license) using video software to ensure accurate identification.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to customers on using our app, including reservation, unlocking, starting, and returning scooters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from the battery replacement team to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Explain the concept, insurance conditions, costs, and payment options to interested customers.
  • Offer personalized support in the event of an accident.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Fluency in Dutch language and ability to work shifts.
  • Proficiency in using PC and software applications.
