Job Description

As a caretaker for our client's frequent flyer program, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a call center environment. Your primary goal will be to assist frequent flyers in enjoying their club program benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound telephone calls from members and efficiently handle reservation requests, complaints, and inquiries regarding all club program benefits.
  • Data entry, summarizing, and documenting the conversation and actions of each call.
  • Handle lower-level complaints and provide resolution using network procedures and standards.
  • Welcome new members to encourage usage of program benefits and assist them in learning how to use the program benefits.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work shifts
  • Empathic listener and persuasive speaker
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
  • Fluent in Dutch
